ANTI-DOPING

IMMAF is committed to the health and safety of the sport of MMA and to zero tolerance of cheating.

Since 2015, IMMAF’s Anti-Doping Policy, based on the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) Code and Standards has regulated testing and promoted education at World and Regional Championships.

• * IMMAF’s Anti-Doping Committee(ADC) and Anti-Doping Disciplinary Committee oversee the operating standards that are required to ensure compliance with the WADA Code.


• * Effective policies and programmes to protect athletes and engage officials to support CLEAN MMA are essential to ensure consistency and fairness.


• * National Federations adopt IMMAF’s policy and ensure implementation of key anti-doping activities: education, information, testing and results management at the national level.
